At Glowsion we really care about making our customers happy. Because skincare products are very personal we have a return policy that's strict but fair.

Understanding Our Return Policy

You can ask for a return or refund if you follow these rules:

* The claim is made within 3 days of getting your order.

* The product is still unused, unopened and in its packaging.

* You show us proof that you bought it like your order number or receipt.

* The product was damaged, defective or incorrect when you got it.

If you wait than 3 days after getting your order we will not accept your claim.

2. Things We Cannot Return

For health and safety reasons we cannot take back:

* Skincare products that have been opened or used

* Products that are damaged because you used them incorrectly

* Items you bought on sale or during a promotion unless they are defective

3. If You Get A Damaged Or Wrong Product

If your product is damaged or wrong:

* Contact us within 3 days

* Send us pictures or videos of the product and its packaging

* After we check we will send you an one or give you a refund

4. How We Give Refunds

If we say your refund is okay we will do it within 7 to 10 business days

* We will send the refund back, to the way you paid us

* You will not get back the money you paid for shipping unless we made a mistake

Glowsion can say no to claims that do not follow our rules.
