At Glowsion, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Understanding Our Return Policy

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The claim is made within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

  • The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotion (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Once verified, we will arrange replacement or refund

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
