Understanding Our Return Policy
You may request a return or refund if:

The claim is made within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.

The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare products

Products damaged due to misuse

Items purchased on clearance or promotion (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 3 days

Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange replacement or refund
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
